The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) launched the Rashtriya Karmayogi – Large Scale Jana Seva programme on 12 September 2024 to strengthen functional competencies and core public service values across all Government of India departments. Following the CBC guidelines, the End Participant Training for all NESAC employees was conducted in two batches on 7 and 14 October 2025, with the participation of 44 employees. The training reinforced the objectives of Mission Karmayogi—continuous learning, improved collaboration, strong leadership, and effective governance. The sessions were interactive and engaging, enabling participants to gain practical insights and reaffirm their commitment to high-quality public service. The program was conducted by Sri Ranjit Das & Smt. H. Suchitra Devi, Sr. Scientists, NESAC who had completed the Master Trainer programme.
