With a view to promoting the official language NESAC celebrated the World Hindi Week during Jan 10-16, 2026, The programme was formally inaugurated on 12th January 2026 with the lighting of the lamp by Dr. S. P. Aggarwal, Director, NESAC. Mrs. Namita Rani Paul Mitra, Junior Translation Officer, NESAC, presented details regarding the World Hindi Day celebrations and the various programmes and competitions organized at NESAC during the week.
Director, NESAC, extended his greetings to all on the occasion of World Hindi Day and administered the Official Language pledge. On this occasion, the he delivered a very impactful address, highlighting the importance & relevance of the Hindi language at the global stage and emphasizing on its increased use in official work.

Prize Distribution during the Valedictory Function of World Hindi Week
During the valedictory function held on 16th January 2026 Dr. K. K. Sarma, Group Head, RSAG, distributed prizes and certificates to the participants. He congratulated everyone for the successful organization of the programme. And described Hindi as the language of the masses and emphasized the need for its continued use while addressing the participants. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks offered by Shri Shah Nikunjkumar M., Administrative Officer, NESAC.
